Members Shanb0412
I lost my older brother 2 weeks ago in a car accident. He was 21. I'm in so much pain and can't stop thinking about all the times I didn't answer his phone calls, or rejected spending time with him. I have never lost someone so close to me and I don't know how else to manage this pain. Please help.
Members ModKonnie
Hi Shanb,I am so very sorry about your loss. I lost a brother in a car wreck, too. I understand the pain and agony of such a tragedy. Are you the person who "can't stop drinking?" Perhaps you should consider talking to a professional. At many funeral homes, they offer grief and loss group support. Perhaps you can try one out. Talking about your pain, letting yourself cry and even writing about your feelings are good ways to help deal with your loss. Do you have any family members or close friends to lean on for support? We will be here for you, ModKonnie
