loss of dad and divorce

Hi guys,

When I was 21 I got married and sadly went through a tough divorce only a year later which resulted in me attempting to take my own life and suffering from severe depression.

I never really got over my divorce but the great support I had from my dad always seemed to pull me through when I found it tough. Sadly in January we received the bad news my dad had an inoperable brain tumour and sadly passed away in may. It feels like my whole world has been pulled from under me and I just don't have anyone who I can seem to talk to. The problem is my ex wife is the only person I can talk to around me who has experienced the same thing when she lost her mum.but although its helping to talk about my dad its getting me down because of the divorce.im in a no win circle atm.
