Music helps me alot too. My whole family loves music. Emily loved music. Sometimes I just sit and listen to her music and cry. Some people might think I shouldn't because it seems depressing. But, for me, I believe it is therapeutic. "Through my Prayers," by the Avett Brothers and "Yesterdays" by Switchfoot. We played Through My Prayers at my daughter's visitation anf Yesterdays at her funeral. She like both of these bands. You can find them on youtube. Blessings to you.
