Members Bjyork
Hello AllI recently received our IRS check in the mail with both my name and my husband's name (passed away). I have tried to find the easiest way to cash this - but the IRS isn't being that helpful, so, now it just sits in my desk. Is there a process that I need to work through to be able to get a check cashed? My bank said that I should bring in the death certificate to them, but i am worried about the IRS response. Thank you for taking the time to answer this for me.Bjyork
