I know you loved him very much and the pain is unbearable. Everything you are saying and feeling is natural and normal and part of grief. I know it doesn't make any easier. Please know we are all here to listen and support you in anyway we can. When you are ready consider talking to a grief counsellor, joining a support or accessing other resources through the community or church. There is help, you are not alone. Thinking of you.
