She died in her sleep a week ago, no warning or no clue what was going to happen. My life is over, I can't see beyond this. I don't know what to do. As hard as it is, just concentrate on getting through a little at a time. Do you have others who can help you? Is there anyone you can talk to? Just keep breathing.. Just keep breathing...
