My father committed suicide and it doesn't feel right

My dad and I had a great relationship in the beginning of my life, but after the divorce he became a whole different person to me which made me push him away. Two weeks before my 17th birthday, My dad shot himself end of January 2017 in a different state and I feel as if this was a bit of my fault and don't know what to think or feel.
