Hi all,  I'm sure you've noticed some changes in the forums. We've again had to do some updates, so that's why things may look a little different. Nothing major should have changed.  Also, we are going to start adding advertisements sensitive to our community on the boards. This is something we are experimenting with, and we will certainly make sure they are in the best interests of everyone. We want to make sure our forums continue to stay accessible and cost free to all of our members, and this is a way to ensure this.  If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to privately message me or email me at Konnie@beyondindigo.com.  As always, we will be here with you, ModKonnie

  1. A bright spot for my day ... An article on LifeSiteNews grabbed my attention when it proclaimed that - long after we give birth - some of our babies' cells remain a part of us. I always knew Isabelle would remain a part of me, but I hadn't realized it would be in a literal fashion! I've posted more information on my blog if you're interested: http://www.amylyon.blogspot.com/2012/04/pieces-of-her.html
  2. Candle angel wings

Lighting a candle in my angel's memory sometimes helps quiet my mind ... so I was excited to find little tin angel wings from Relic that are made to push into the sides of a candle! (Only $8.95!) I've posted a photo at http://rememberourlovedones.blogspot.com/

  6. Creating a memorial garden

One of the first things I did after losing my daughter was to create a Memorial Garden in her memory. It has been therapeutic to watch plants grow and to have a special place to go to think about her. Spring is coming early in Minnesota - The tulips are poking through the ground and soon will display brilliant bursts of yellow, red and pink along our driveway. In addition to the beautiful perennials and pots for annuals, there is a bench, rock walkway, angel statue, bird bath and arbor at the entrance. I've posted photos from last year on my blog: http://www.rememberourlovedones.blogspot.com
