Hi all,  I'm sure you've noticed some changes in the forums. We've again had to do some updates, so that's why things may look a little different. Nothing major should have changed.  Also, we are going to start adding advertisements sensitive to our community on the boards. This is something we are experimenting with, and we will certainly make sure they are in the best interests of everyone. We want to make sure our forums continue to stay accessible and cost free to all of our members, and this is a way to ensure this.  If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to privately message me or email me at Konnie@beyondindigo.com.  As always, we will be here with you, ModKonnie

  1. Western Astrology

The main belief of Western Astrology unlike India astrologer, as experienced by contemporary Humanistic astrologers, in the tradition of Allen Leo, Mark Edmund Jones, Dane Rudhyar and others, began with the codification of obtainable astrological comprehension by Ptolemy, near the end of the Greek era. During the era foregoing the rise of Christianity, Astrology was extensively recognized as a essential way of awareness. With the middle ages and the preeminence of the Church in Europe and the commencement of the scientific world view, Astrology fell into some disgrace, from which it is still under pressure to come back today. Even so, renowned scientists such as Brahe, Kepler and Galileo were astrologers as well as practitioners of so-called "hard" sciences. In modern times, there has been a separation into camps, with most astronomers and other scientists disregarding or ridiculing astrology, while popular revivals of shamanic civilization and permanent philosophy have been reviving a severe curiosity in Astrology as an instrument for accepting the mysteries of one's survival.
