Hi all,  I'm sure you've noticed some changes in the forums. We've again had to do some updates, so that's why things may look a little different. Nothing major should have changed.  Also, we are going to start adding advertisements sensitive to our community on the boards. This is something we are experimenting with, and we will certainly make sure they are in the best interests of everyone. We want to make sure our forums continue to stay accessible and cost free to all of our members, and this is a way to ensure this.  If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to privately message me or email me at Konnie@beyondindigo.com.  As always, we will be here with you, ModKonnie

  1. Dear Friend, July 9, 2007 was the darkest day of my life. On that day, I lost the man I had vowed to grow old with, my best friend, and the father of our two beautiful daughters. Chris was a Firefighter and EMT and dedicated his life to helping others, but was not able to recognize this impact and sadly not able to reach out for help. I will be joining with hundreds of people to walk 20 miles through the night in the Out of the Darkness Overnight to benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. I will be walking as a member of Team Reeder and my personal fundraising goal is $1,500.00. I would appreciate any support that you give me for this worthwhile cause. The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is at the forefront of research, education and prevention initiatives designed to reduce loss of life from suicide. With more than 30,000 lives lost each year in the U.S. and over one million worldwide, the importance of AFSP's mission has never been greater, nor our work more urgent. I hope you will consider supporting my participation in this event. Any contribution will help the work of AFSP. Checks should be made payable to AFSP and are 100% tax deductible. Thank you for considering this request for your support. If you have any questions about the Out of the Darkness Overnight or AFSP do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, Stephanie Reeder Please visit my Overnight fundraising page if you would like to donate online or see how close I am to reaching my personal goal: http://www.theovernight.org/?fuseaction=extranet.personalpage&confirmid=10010778
