Members novangel
I know the unbearable pain. It's raw and it puts a knot in your stomach and literally takes your breath away. You can't even think straight and don't know what to do, or how life will go on. I haven't been here in years but I just wanted to stop in and tell everyone to give themselves time. Lots of it. Don't put a limit on it or try to shut out memories. Go through the process and it WILL eventually get better. I promise! Go talk to a therapist. Don't sweep it under the rug and try to be strong alone. The void will always be there but in time you can learn to laugh, smile, and live again. It's what all of our Moms would want for us. So grieve as long as you need but don't think of your life as over. I was in a very dark place for a very long time. You are not alone. ((hugs to all of you))
Members cavery438
Thank you... I lost my Momma around two months ago due to unknown reasons. And I lost who was closest to. I'm 14 and it's really taking a toll on me and I need someone who can help me through it.
